  1. Dr Zoë Levenson MChD/BChD, BSc (Dist.)

    Dr. Zoë Levenson qualified with distinction from the University of Leeds in 2021.

    She went on to complete a training year in general dental practice in Leeds before relocating to the South West in 2022. She then moved on to pursue a surgical role as a Senior House Officer (DCT) in the Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Department at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. Here, she developed further surgical skills and was actively involved in the treatment and management of patients with head and neck cancers, dental and facial trauma, alongside other conditions including a variety of oral medicine complaints. All of which serves her well in the screening, recognition and treatment of oral health conditions in general practice.

    Following an evidence-based and patient-led approach, Zoë is a kind, friendly, and informative dentist with an enhanced knowledge base. She strives to help patients meet both their health and aesthetic dental goals.

    She joined us at Ottery St Mary Dental Practice in September 2023 and she is passionate about preventative dentistry.

    In her free time she enjoys dog walks, camping trips and reading.

  2. Jacqui Sankey

    Dr Jacqui Sankey BDS (Hons), BSc (Hons)

    Jacqui qualified from Peninsula Dental School in 2019 where she went on to complete a training year in Essex in a Dental practice which specialised in Aesthetic dentistry and smile design. During the pandemic she was re-deployed into hospital to aid with the treatment of patients who were hospitalised with COVID-19 which has broadened her knowledge into general and respiratory medicine.

    She then went on to work as a Senior House Office in a Maxillofacial department at Luton & Dunstable hospital where she was involved in the management of oral cancer and facial & dental trauma.

    Jacqui has often been described as a calm and gentle dentist with excellent skills in helping anxious patients. Jacqui likes to involve patients in every decision during their treatment.

    She has an interest in Aesthetic dentistry and smile design. Her plans for the future involve short-term braces and implants.

    Outside of work Jacqui is not one to sit still. If she isn’t at the practice she can often be found in the gym. Prior to the pandemic she competed in both figure skating and trampolining. Since moving to the Southwest she has become a water-sport enthusiast in both paddle-boarding and surfing.

  3. Mark Mark

    Dr Mark Fullarton BDS, MFDS RCS(Eng) MJDF

    Mark qualified from Bristol Dental Hospital in 2001.

    He has built a strong reputation for his honest, thorough and gentle care for patients of all ages, enjoying personal recommendations from them and has a loyal following from his previous practice in Sidmouth.

    Mark is a Member of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons, England.  He is able to draw on his experiences working in the Special Care Dental Service and the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton.

    This includes helping anxious patients by being sympathetic, compassionate and understanding, offering gentle encouragement, he lets you take things at your own pace.

    Mark has a calm and gentle approach to patient care and enjoys all aspects of dentistry.

    He has an adventurous outdoor family life with his wife, Mandy, daughter and two young sons. He enjoys snowboarding, biking, camping and is learning to kitesurf in Exmouth.

  4. Dave DM06-min

    Dr Dave Munday BDS, PGCTLHP, DPDS(UK), FHEA

    Dave is a longstanding and experienced dentist at the practice having an excellent reputation in the area built on recommendation and word of mouth. He enjoys being a general family dentist striving to build long-lasting loyal relationships with his patients and regularly cares for three generations of the same family. His kind and gentle manner means he takes time to listen, explain and treat.

    Having an interest in all fields of dentistry, Dave has a passion for teaching the new generation of dentists and is an honorary lecturer and clinical supervisor at the Peninsula Dental School and examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons.

    Away from dentistry Dave loves exploring the Devon coast and countryside with his family, whether it be on foot, bike or surfboard.

  5. Vinny Vinny

    Dr Vincent Syme BDS, MMedSci DPDS(UK), FFGDP(UK)

    Vinny joined the practice in 2010, having qualified from Newcastle in 1993. He has a variety of postgraduate qualifications and in 2018 was made a Fellow of The Faculty of General Dental Practice ( UK ).

    Vinny has a special interest in older and anxious patients. He feels time listening effectively to patients and developing a trusting relationship is as important as the technical aspects of dentistry.

    Vinny lives in Taunton with his family and enjoys running and gardening as well as time with his children as they become adults.
